We operate an e-shop on the website www.redzedofficial.com

 

For providing sales of goods and operation of our websites, we process certain personal data.

 

The processing of personal data is particularly governed by the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

I. Processing of Personal Data

 A.  Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form

 

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact information that you provide us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: name, surname, and email.

    

Why?

We contact you through them for a possible agreement regarding the goods.

 

On What Legal Basis?

This is processing based on Art. 6 para. 1 let. b) GDPR – negotiation about a contract, or taking measures before entering into a contract at your request.

 

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.

 

 B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase

 

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill out. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, and email.

 

Why?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. Through the contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, as well as any complaints or inquiries.

We will also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, as well as handling complaints and others).

 

On What Legal Basis Do We Process Personal Data?

This is processing based on Art. 6 para. 1 let. b) GDPR – contract fulfillment, and Art. 6 para. 1 let. c) GDPR – fulfilling our legal obligation.

 

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

For the duration of our service and then 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

 

 C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications) 

If you are a purchasing customer and did not forbid us during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

 
On What Legal Basis?

This is allowed by § 7 para. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, if you did not prohibit it during the purchase.

 

How Long Will We Process Personal Data?

5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at: redzed.shop@gmail.com

 

 

II. Who Will Have Access to the Data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other individuals work for us who will have access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:

  • e-shop platform operator Shoptet (company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID No. 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert 25 395)
  • companies involved in the expedition of goods (DPD, Zásilkovna)
  • companies involved in payment processing (Shoptet pay)
  • email service provider (Google)

  

We process personal data only within the European Union.

 

III. What Else Should You Know 

In our company, we do not have a designated Data Protection Officer.

 

In our company, there is no decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.
